N(male character) & Raichu: Satoshi Tajiri(?) or Pocket Monsters
I think this is the first time I draw/CGed a 3 character...
uhm..what else...raichu's head/forehead is too big and N's hair is too long, I forgot to cut(actually I got lazy
) it, yey I FAILED 
....d'oh! I forgot that she wanted it cute but I made the characters eye's scary xD
